A player is automatically declared as the loser when the flag on his clocks fall before his opponents, he makes an illegal move or when he leaves the king under check for his opponent to capture.
A player’s move will not be completely establish unless he punch the clock
If a player forgets to punch the clock, the opponent should remind him
When both flags fall down, the game is declared draw
If a player is being checkmated yet the opponent’s flag is getting down, he can immediately punch the clock and claims his win.
A player may declare a draw during the three move repetition
If a pawn is promoted to Queen, Bishop or rook, a player should exchange it as much as possible
Moves from bystanders shall not be tolerated in the game
